Chocolate Cupcakes

2 eggs
200 gram of flour
50 ml of fresh milk
6 tablespoons of iching sugar
1 teaspoon of baking powder
1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
3 tablespoons of cocoa powder
70 gram of melted margarine

1. mix the eggs and the iching sugar in a bowl with a mixer for 2 minutes.
2. add the vanilla extract and continue to mix again for 1 minute.
3. add the flour, baking powder, milk, and the melted margarine. continue to mix again until the dough has been mixed well (maybe 6-8 minutes)
4. add the cocoa powder and continue to mix again for 1 or 2 minute
5. pour the dough into cupcake pan (3/4 of  the height of the pan)
6. bake in the oven (160 celsius degree - 170 celcius degree) for about 20 minutes or until it cooked well
