ingredients:
2 cup of fresh milk (250 ml)
1,5 cup of flour (140-150 gram)
1/2 teaspoon of salt
2 eggs
1/2 teaspoon of baking powder
1 tablespoon of melted margarine

steps:
1. mix the fresh milk, flour, eggs, and baking powder with mixer with medium or high power until the dough has been mixed well and soft
2. add the melted margarine, stir. leave the dough for about 30 minutes.
3. heat the margarine in the non-stick frying pan. pour the dough using 1 ladle one by one. (1 ladle = 1 time cook). cook for 1-1,5 minutes. turn back the pancake. cook again for 1 minute.
4. put the pancake into the plate. add the topping that you want.
