Ingredients:


1 clove of garlic, chopped it
1/2 teaspoon of pepper
1 teaspoon of salt
1 tablespoon of salt soy sauce
1/2 teaspoon of chinese five spice powder
1/2 tablespoon of knorr chicken seasoning
2 1/2 tablespoon of sesame oil
1 carrot, thinly sliced it
1 broccoli, cut it
150 gram of salmon, cut it
2 fish meatballs, cut it
75 gram of boneless chicken, cut it









Steps:

1. Boil the broccoli and the carrot in a pan. Don't make it overboiled. Just boil it until the water has been boiled well.
2. In a wok, heat the sesame water. Add the chopped garlic. Stir it for a while.
3. Add the salmon, fish meatball, and chicken. Stir until the its cooked well.
4. Add the broccoli and the carrot to the wok. Add salt soy sauce and chinese five spies powder. Stir it for a while.
5. Add the knorr chicken seasoning, salt and the pepper. Stir it.
6. Serve on the plate.
