Broccoli Soup Cream

60 ml of margarine
60 ml of flour
750 ml of chicken broth
750 ml of fresh milk
1/2 teaspoon of salt
500 ml of broccoli
500 ml of grated cheese

1. melt the margarine in the pot
2. add the flour, stir for 2 minutes
3. add the chicken broth, fresh milk, and salt. stir for about 8-10 minutes
4. add the broccoli and cheese. stir for about 3-4 minutes.
