Beef Carbonara Rigatoni

250 gram of Rigatoni
1 tablespoon of margarine
320 ml of fresh milk
1,5 tablespoon of flour
1/2 teaspoon of salt
3 tablespoon of grated cheese or cheese powder
1 teaspoon of oregano
1/2 teaspoon of paper
1 medium chopped onion
250 gram of ground beef
1 teaspoon of beef broth powder

1. Boil the rigatoni on the stew-pan until the rigatoni become soft (15-18 minutes).
2. Set aside the Rigatoni in the bowl.
3. In a separate bowl, mix the milk and flour, stir them until mixed perfectly.
4. Turn on the non-stick pan, melt the margarine.
5. Pour the chopped onion into the pan, stir until fragrant.
6. Pour the beef into the pan, stir again until the beef cooked well.
7. Pour the rigatoni into the pan, stir again for 1 minute.
8. Pour the cream into the pan, stir until the cream boiling.
9. Add the grated cheese or cheese powder, Stir again for
30-50 seconds.
10. Add the beef broth powder, paper, and salt, Stir again for 30 seconds.
11. Add the oregano, stir again for 30 seconds.
12. Serve on the plate.
